Perfect little and incredibly friendly place with incredible views. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Incredible views, thoroughly enjoyed marvellous and lovely setting.

Our stay was fabulous and we would stay here again. The place was fairly clean and staff was very welcoming. The room was neat and compact and the service was good. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi.

The setting was marvellous, really close to jean Medecin avenue, short walk to placemassena and promenade and the city center, Gare station, shopping center + the beach … all walking distance. Before bed I went to Sky Lounge for a nightcap, it's not too far from the hotel.

Marvellous position in Nice. Set minutes walking distance from the train station.

Overall - perfect little and comfy place with very pleasant staff who were friendly and service minded.

The location was magnificent, short walk to the sea side and the central train station. The staffs were exceptionally nice & pleasant.

The hotel was ideal and fairly clean, everything was good. Our room was fashionable and compact provided with a bathroom which was clean and the advertised balcony plus a microwave. Liked our stay, would recommend this place.

What a little and straightforward hotel with welcoming staff who were friendly and service minded! Marvellous and lovely location, not too far from Old Town. Located very close to a tram station in a quiet area. Spotless, functional rooms and clean bathrooms.

It has particularly good and excellent location in Nice as it's right by restaurants, shops, beach and the old town, and the train station, promenade des anglais and Main Street.

Views are not so nice.

Our room was neat and provided with a bathroom which was clean, kettle, kitchenette. The location was amazing, minutes from Monoprix. Also was minutes from bars and restaurants.

Well, there was no view.

The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Do not expect much, it was tiny room with Ikea style furniture. But considering the price we were very satisfied. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book the hotel for this summer. It was already booked for our date.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop and makes for easy transit. The room is spacious, and the staff provides excellent service with a smile. There are plenty of amenities, such as a gym and pool, to help you stay active on your trip. the breakfast spread is delicious and offers various food options to suit different tastes.

The hotel can get quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.
